Fusion Musical Theatre Terms and Conditions
1. Payment.
Payment for the Fusion term should be made in full on or
by the second rehearsal of each term unless an alternative payment
arrangement has been agreed in advance. Late payment may be subject to an
administration fee of £5 .
In exceptional circumstances Fusion reserves the right to
ask for up front (pro forma) payment prior to the commencement of the new term.
2. Contact details.
At the start of each term parents are asked to provide in
writing their up to date contact details which are to be kept confidential by
Fusion and used only for routine communications and in the case of an
emergency. If the provided contact details change for whatever
reason after having supplied them in writing, it is the responsibility of
the parent or guardian to update Fusion with correct details.
3. Drop off and pickup.
Children should be dropped off and collected in person by
a responsible adult at every rehearsal and performance unless a mutually agreed
arrangement has been agreed in advance and in writing.
4. Late booking
Fusion does
not guarantee individual speaking parts for all members; however the earlier we
know you are planning to attend the more likely a speaking part can be arranged
if wanted. Casting normally occurs by the second rehearsal of term. Booking
after this point is unlikely to result in a speaking part.
Fusion reserves the right to refuse membership or ask a
child to leave fusion at any point before or during a term if decided this is
necessary for whatever reason.
5. Fees.
Fusion asks parents to commit their child to the ten week
term by paying by the second rehearsal. The fees are therefore non refundable.
6. Discounts.
Multiple children from the same family qualify for a
discount. Please ask for up to date details.
The first session for new comers is classed as a taster
session and is free.
The multi child discount and the free taster session do
not run concurrently.
7. Sponsorship.
Sponsorship is available via the
Fusion Sponsorship Fund . Please see our web site and contact us directly
